The Hadley-Luzerne Booster Club invites you to support our student-athletes and help us continue building a stronger athletic community! Earn "Eagle Points" with every meeting you attend or event at which you volunteer. Please see below for opportunities to earn points and how to redeem them for Eagle merch or camps/clinics.

⭐ How It Works

Earn Eagle Points for volunteering or donating items that support our athletes and events. You can earn points all year — even outside your current season!

• ⏱ 1 Hour Volunteering = 1 Point = 1 Token

• 🍪 Baked Goods & Drinks (individually wrapped) = 1-3 Tokens (based on value)

• 🍲 Hot Meals (goulash, mac & cheese, chili, etc.) = 1-3 Tokens (based on value)

• 🎟️ Raffle/Basket Donation = TBD based on value                         

🎉Rewards

• 

  10 Points → Plush Eagle Mascot

• 

  35 Points → Free Registration for Booster Club Skills & Drills Clinic of your choice

• 

  50 Points → HL Booster Club Hoodie or ¼ Zip Sweatshirt!

💰Cash In Your Tokens

1 Point = 1 Token  → $5 toward Booster Club approved purchase                                                                                                                        

• Additional 2027 Varsity Banquet Tickets

• Booster Club Clinic or Camp Registration Fees

• Booster Club Event Tickets

• Booster Club Fundraising Event Entry Fees

• Booster Club Merchandise & Spirit Wear items (when available)

• Other Eligible Booster Club Programs and Events

📋Points Policy

• Important: Tokens are NOT tracked by the Booster Club. Volunteers receive physical tokens for their hours and are responsible for keeping their own tokens until they redeem them.

• Each Volunteer MUST check in with the coordinator of each event to collect their token(s)

• Unused points expire at the end of the school year.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when volunteering.

• Adults and Students grades 3-12 are eligible to earn points.
